David Tennant and Catherine Tate are to appear together on stage in a new West End production of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing.

Dear People In Charge:

Please, please, please, film this and put it on television so those of us not anywhere NEAR the West End can see it.

That was exactly what I said. And at first I went OOOOO and then went "wait it'll be really weird to see them ACTUALLY opposite each other".

I loved his Benedick in the BBCR4 version. To have Catherine play Beatrice is a dream come true! I hope they do a DVD, too, 'cos, though I don't have as far to go as you American fans, there is no way I can justify the expense of a trip to London from Scotland this year. Sigh.
