What in heaven's name possessed your best man to dye his hair lavender of all things?

One word: Girlfriend

He had this mass of lovely dark brown curly hair, and for some reason the girfriend wanted to dye it purple and he said okay. So she cut it really short, bleached it, then put this light purple dye in. When he told us a few days prior that his hair was purple, I was thinking a really dark highlight maybe, something that wouldn't be too obvious in his dark hair.

I was wrong.

And it feels like I've been married forever most of the time. :)

All I could think when I saw him was 'no one is going to be looking at the bride! All anyone will remmember from my wedding is the guy with purple hair!'

To his credit he was fine with cutting it all off and everything.
