Are you going to write more? This is a great introduction and develops the characters well. It made me think about attachment and grasping. I could see well how Lauren was suffering from her attachment to her Grandmother's old place... "All is impermanence" one should tell her. ;-) But then again, I'm not very imaginative in supernatural matters.

I do want to read more though. :-)
