I see that thesibylqueen recommended two of my favorite job search sites - Idealist.org and Craiglist.org. I'd also recommend looking at colleges and universities. They tend to be among the biggest employers in a given location, and they often have very nice benefits. Princeton and Rutgers come to mind as two of the more famous institutions in New Jersey, but you may want to check the smaller colleges, too. Also, The New Jersey Higher Education Recruitment Consortium looks promising.
