Writer's Block: Don't fear the reaper

[Error: unknown template qotd]

A couple of times, actually. When I was born, I was early and only weighed 4 pounds, but the nurses weighed me wrong and thought I was 5 pounds, and didn't put me in a resperator, which I actually needed, so I wasn't actually breathing. Fortunately my grandmother noticed.

Then when I was, oh, around 1 1/2 or 2 I had some kidney issue and my mother had to rush me to hospital because I was throwing up blood. Not sure if I was 'near death' then, though.

Then, when I had my wisdom teeth out at 16, I 'coded' when I was under anesthesia - my heart stopped or something. Not long or anything. I go into shock sometimes when I'm under anesthesia.

But that's it. Nothing terribly dramatic, in the end. I don't remember seeing lights or loved ones or anything.

Day #7: Your favorite clown

Got to go with Lear's Fool.

Unless that's not what the question means. If by 'clown' they mean 'comic relief in an otherwise somber play, I'm going to go with the Porter in Macbeth.

Or the gravedigger in Hamlet.

I'm really not good at narrowing these things down, am I?
