Paxil is the best antidepressant I've ever used. On a low dosage, I doubt you'll have side-effects. Just whatever you do, don't quit it cold-turney; the withdrawal sucks. Oh, and antidepressants have only ever caused suicide in teenagers; there's never been a case of it happening to an adult.
