Well, the sun's a hot star...

Charlie's room is now, officially, Outer Space.

As you know, he got A Moon in My Room for his birthday, and I got him those nifty glow-in-the-dark stars to put on his walls and ceiling, and yesterday, using the Toys-R-Us gift certificate, he bought the Solar System.

The funny thing is, when we were putting it together, Pluto kept falling off. I mentioned how the silly scientists downgraded Pluto, and Charlie comforted the little plastic ball by saying, "It's okay, Pluto. I think you're still a planet."

Of course, now my imagination is running away from me, and I want to make his bed look like a rocket ship, and paint his walls to look like sky and so forth. Might be a bit much though.

Will probably find space sheets, if I can, though.

I have to admit, when I read that first sentence my first thought was, "Has charliesmum's house turned into Fraggle Rock?"

But then I read further and it wasn't true.
