Loooooove snark Cameron! Freaking hysterical. I really don't get the vibe that she's doing it to get House to like her, because I don't know that's who House likes/respects. That's just sort of his shtick.

Um...House stuck a thermometer up Cop Guy's ass and left it there. I'd be pretty pissed. Also - if I'm paying your salary, you can have a minimum of politeness. House is usually "Shut up and take this" and people do take it. I think it's about time someone at least tried to challenge him. I'm not sure where they're going with it - I doubt it'll be a long arc though. Seems more like short arc for the sake of character development IMO.

Wilson seems pretty lost...but that kind of felt like a theme for the episode.
