I'm starting to wonder if Radioactiveman is a red herring, just like BGM being an evil SOB (which...well, he kind of is, but not in the way that we all thought). Still, there have to be a few things that we can count on, so if RAM is one of them, cool. He is well on his way to being a wonderful nemesis.
