the send them back to blood relatives here too. They hope that the blood family have come to their senses and are ready to take responsibility again, depending on the situation the grandmother may not even be monitered.
it is not right and not just and definatly not fair..........one can only pray for the kids and their saftey.
i don't believe one can adopt unless all parents relinquish parental responsibility, and being taken off them for the kids sake is not seen as them agreeing to the relinquishment. seems stupid, but for some it does work and parents do change..........but for the most it doesnt. And sadly it is the way of the courts in most counteries.
