Here he is practising before the concert:

There were 7 chairs lined up, and one in the back, and all the kids sat down, leaving Charlie without a chair. He looked around, saw a folded up chair, and proceeded to try to open the chair as the director gave the introduction. Unfortuately no one besides the audience noticed his struggles so I finally jumped on stage myself and got him in a chair.

I told my roommate about the TV dumbass incident with Charlie because I thought it was amazing and hilarious (I realize, of course, that I only think that because I'm not his mom). But now I said something else about him and how cute that first photo is and she asked who I was talking about. She now refers to your son as "the awesome kid".

Just thought you'd find that funny.
