Had Charlie's birthday party yesterday at a park. It was successful. His friend Byron didn' show, but fortunately there was enough to distract him that he wasn't upset. He was content with his plethoa of action figures. Ninja Turtles, Transformers and Ben 10, oh my.

This just in. Friend's husband is still an asshat.

Ben 10 birthday cake! Man, that's cute. I haven't seen that show very much (which is strange because I am a CARTOON JUNKIE) but I *love* the theme song. It's so nice to here something that just isn't the show's name said over and over again.
