I love that Charlie is so open and honest about things!! I Don't think of the new doctor as autistic. I think of him more of as ADD. Which David Tennant and Tom Baker also acted like. I agree with The Ferret Queen in saying he is "Kooky" which I LOVE!!! and in the words of Kirathuane He is LOVELY ;)
