To repeat:

There's a thingy on FB where one is supposed to make their profile photo one of them in the 80's. (Some of the friends I have on FB will have to post their baby pictures)

My mother just so happened to have given me some old photos, and one of them was a black and white photo my boyfriend at the time had taken - he was taking a photography class at the time. I was 16 - possibly 17, I can't remember when it was taken but it was around the time I was a junior in high school. The cat I am holding is Guinevere. I'd gotten her for my 16th birthday - bought her with money I'd gotten as presents. I had to give her away a year later, as my sister was terribly allergic. She was a great cat.

My hair...well, it was the 80's, what can I say? Just try not to laugh too hard...

Possibly my hair wasn't big in comparison to other hair. :)

It was cut shorter by senior year. I went pixie cut-ish then.

Oh, I have a sort-of picture like that! Well, the 80s hair part. It's on my OK Cupid profile (username Caledonia), last one down, but it's kinda sorta mildly naughty, so if you check it out, Charlie probably doesn't need to see it. Well, actually for sure Charlie doesn't need to see it.

But that's seriously great hair. If it came back in, would you do it again? (I can't - thyroid made a bunch of mine fall out. :(

Ha! Awesome hair! When is that "post an 80s photo" thing happening on Facebook? Is it now? I was born in '83, so any of my 80s photos will be from when I was a kid. I can probably find one or more involving neon scrunchies!
