Yay, not blocked right now!

LJ is open at work. Cool!

Just thought I'd give you a quick cat update.

Andromache is doing very well. She had her operation on Thursday, and came through it with flying colours. She was a bit wobbly that night, but otherwise has had no serious side effects.

I think I'm already seeing an improvement - her coat looks sleeker, even, because all the nutrients are going to HER not the kittens. She's so skinny right now, but I have a feeling she's going to be enormous when she's full grown.

She is absolutely the sweetest cat; she purrs all the time, and she loves being sandwitched between people when she sleeps.

Unfortunately she seems to have seperation anxiety. I was out most of yesterday, and Her Downstairs left me a (kind) note saying that Andromache was crying all day, and maybe she needs another cat to keep her company! Yeah...no. Eventually Dave and I will be living together, and then his cat will be around to keep her occupied. Hopefully they will get along!

Charlie was giggling like mad because Andromache was following him all around the flat - she really doesn't want the humans out of her sight. She slept with me last night, which made me happy.

In other news, they moved my desk at work. I have a window now. Isn't that exciting?

What's up with you?

Hopefully once she learns that you aren't going to abandon her, she'll stop crying. Try leaving a radio or tv on for noise. Our new kitten has to have a light left on for her at night. She panics in a dark house.

And she stepped on the ball...

I'm glad Andromache is doing well, separation anxiety aside. I like cats that like people.

We moved today! It was not that bad, all things considered, but we had professional help.
