Was on Amazon.com, looking up the Muppet Show DVD (which, at $27.99, isn't a bad price) and there were some screen shots, and I took one, and I made an icon - see?

Most likely not; the Carol Burnett episode was circa the fifth season and so far only the first season has been released on DVD.
