Marshall, Will and Holly, on a routine expedition...

Huh...
DINO-MITE!: Will Ferrell has signed on to headline Universal's big-screen comedy adaptation of the classic tube series Land of the Lost. Ferrell will play forest ranger Rick Marshall, who, while rafting with his two kids, gets sucked into a time vortex and transported to a mysterious world populated by dinosaurs and Sleestaks.

I loved Land of the Lost when I was a little girl and it was on every Saturday morning. The fact that it hasn't been completely forgotten is nice, but I'm not sure I want a comedy reserection of the show. And, while I like Will Farrell, I hope he won't do his trademark over-the-top characterization, ala Anchorman or Elf.

Oh to be in England, now that spring is here

That line just popped into my head, and it filled me with conviction. I've decided that I am really going to try to get to England before I'm 40. I want to go back and wander around (and meet the people on my flist, if at all possible) and just be in England. That's my goal.

Not sure how I'll make that goal, but I'm setting it. That's the first step after all, setting a goal. Actualizing it, if you will. Envisioning it.

So I was watching an episode of Monarch of the Glen, and Tom Baker was on it, looking very old because, well, he is. But it was good to see him working and looking fit, if, well, old. And Anthony (Giles) Head is on it too, using his natural accent instead of the posh one he had on Buffy and I kept giggling, thinking, 'Hee. Giles sounds like Spike.' Good to see him working, too.

You I mommy love - Charlie wrote that. It's a scrambled sentence. He wants people to unscramble it. :)
