Since other people have the outrage at the babysitter covered, I'll take on the mood theme. You need to have all of the pictures hosted somewhere on the web. Livejournal doesn't host personal mood themes on their server like they do user icons. I use photobucket.com to host all of my pictures, it's a free service with an option to upgrade for more space.
