I am a peace activitist (especially in Fall 2002) before the Iraq war, I lobbied our senators to vote against war and was the first moveon.org missouri constituent spokesperson. We amassed thousands of signatures on our Peace petition and had numerous articles published in local papers, also did radio broadcast and got local tv coverage too. But alas our efforts failed and our country went to war. I pray daily for the soilders and civilians in harms way. Someday PEACE WILL PREVAIL! Just gotta keep the faith.
