I posted a story last night, just something I wrote quickly, based on an idea that popped into my head. (It's here, if anyone is interested)
Anyway, I got a few nice reviews, and I got my first flame! Woo hoo. This is what she said: ? You failed. HARD. What is this piece of garbage? Damn you suck. What were you thinking? Man...this is sad. Just delete this piece of crap you call 'writing'. Please, do this for me.
My first thought was she was an author we'd sporked on Deletrius getting revenge, but I checked, and she'd only written Buffy things, none of which I'd ever reviewed. So then I figured she might be asockpuppet friend of someone we sporked, but I couldn't find any evidence of this. So she may be someone who just randomly flames people, which is slightly ironic, since I saw in one of her stories a request of 'no flames, please'. It is also possible someone managed to sign in under her name with the intent of just randomly flaming people and having them say mean things to her in return. I don't know. 'Tis a mystery. At any rate, it made me laugh, so no harm done.
Should any young person type stumble across this post, I have a question for you. What do you think of school uniforms for public schools? I got a thing from Charlie's school the other day asking if I would want uniforms, and I said yes. I like the idea overall, it's easier on me, don't have to worry about what he will wear every day, cheaper, probably, and I do think it helps curb teasing. And I think little kids look cute in uniforms. However, I do know if I had to wear a uniform in High School, I would have been deeply annoyed, because I enjoyed my 'outfits'. (It was the 80's, I had weird clothes) Still, I do think there are benefits. So, I'm just curious to hear other people's opinion.
