In other news...remember a while back I sent an email to South Jersey Ghost Research about a photo I'd sent with what I thought might be 'ghost orbs'?

Well, I finally got a reply!

This is what I'd said: A few weeks ago, my son's Cub Scout troop went to Pomona Hall for a tour. I don't claim to be psychic by any stretch of the imagination, but I do think I am sometimes sensitive to things. At any rate, when we were in the parlor, I got this sort of cold, sort of dizzy feeling I get sometimes when I'm in old buildings, and I took this picture, thinking maybe I'd capture something. And I think I did. The quality isn't that great, (it's a bit better in the printed photo) but you can see in the upper right hand side of the picture, just to the right of the candle on the mantle, one of those orb things. I could be wrong, since it is just a throw away camera that I am using, but I would like your opinion on whether or not it is an actual 'orb' or just a reflection. I noticed you did do an investigation there, and got lots of similar pictures. It would be interesting to have my 'feelings' verified.

And this is the response: Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Your photo does have a good orb in it and it is in one of the areas we did experience a higher level of spirit activity. Your feelings were also felt by some of my investigators in certain areas of the building on both trips we made there.

So that's kind of nifty, I think.

Of course it would be nice if I were the kind of psychic who could, I don't know, get lottery numbers, or something. I'm still worried about my job situation. Don't have to be psychic to know that it isn't the best atmosphere right now, what with my boss telling me I suck and all. Sigh.
