Well, that sucked
Sep. 15th, 2004 07:16 pmWe just attempted an enema on Charlie. I think I'm safe in saying it wasn't a qualified success. I don't think we actually managed to do what it was we needed to do at all, really, except possibly traumatize my child for life. My poor baby.
I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow and see if there is any other way we can do this, because it is just not happening.
Sigh.
He did have a 'four star' day at school, though. So that's good. The teacher must have applied some of the things we talked about.
And it looks like I'm going on part time soon at work, and I haven't heard about the other job, so I don't know what's going on there. The woman I interviewed with did say she'd let me know either way so I can assume either a) They haven't made up their mind yet or b) They have a huge list of people they have to get through, and they just haven't gotten to me yet. Although it is possible someone would've mentioned it to my friend who works there, and she hasn't heard anything.
But hey, where there's life, there's hope, right?
