So, this is interesting...

I went to see my boss today, had to help him with some stuff. I have officially gone full time, so yay for that.

Anyway, I noticed he had a brand new iPod 20GB thingy. Last time I was up I noticed he had iTunes, and he said it was his wife's, and I mentioned how I really liked my shuffle, although I did covet the big fancy ones. So I asked him if it was his iPod, the one still in the box, because he is very computer challanged with some things.

"No," he said, "It's yours."

I laughed. "No really."

"Really. It's yours. I got it for you."

I blinked at him. "No you didn't."

"Yes I did. It's a welcome aboard present. You mentioned how you wanted one, so I got it for you."

I blinked at him again. Still didn't believe him. Turns out he was serious. He bought me an iPod.

I think I really like my job.
