Was at the borough hall just now to get the pool tags for the summer and the woman working the counter, when she saw the application, exclaimed "Oh, you're Charlie's mom! I adore Charlie!"

Technically I was supposed to show proof of residence, but she didn't ask. Being Charlie's mom was proof enough, I guess.
