Um...hello...
We, Dave the Fiance, Charle and I, are starting to plan some of the things we're going to do while in the UK in July/August. We want to take one 'day trip' outside the city - I don't think the budget allows for much else at this point, and it's really hard to narrow down.
I want to go to Stratford, but I've been there, even though it was a million years ago, and barely counts. And I really want to see Stonehenge. That's been on my 'bucket list' since I was at least 12, but honestly it's not like there's a lot else to do once you've seen them. (and maybe reinacted the Doctor's speech). And I'd love to go to Windsor. Oh, and Bath. I've always wanted to see Bath, thanks in large part to Jane Austen.
There's some tours we can take that encompass at least two of those, but I'm not that fond of coach tours, just because you're beholden to a schedule. But then I'd at least get some of the experiences in.
