(no subject)

So I'm at the pool, which has free wifi (yay) while Charlie enjoys 'Tube Night'; when kids can bring flotation devices, as long as they're, well, tubes. Dave The Husband is at home, probably enjoying the quiet; it's still an adjustment for him, I'm sure, having people around all the bloody time.

It's our 'monthaversary', as we we were married one month ago today. Also yay, and it's been just over a week since we officially started living together.

Which is...weird feeling. I still feel like I'm faking it, sort of. I look around and think 'This 'no longer living in an apartment in New Jersey, I'm in a house, in Pennsylvania. Trippy.'

My BFF Wendie is now taking the apartment that was my home for 4 years, which, let me tell you, made moving rather easier. I left her a bunch of my furniture and kitchen stuff. She needed it, and I didn't have to pack it. More yay.

And as an extra bonus, much of my stuff is still in the basement at the apartment that is now hers, because...ug, moving. So, she is officially awesome.

Tube hour is done, now, so it is time to pack up the laptop and go home to the husband and the cats.
