Completely agreed re: House. Besides, on what planet does the arresting officer conduct the investigation? Especially when he's got a conflicting interest? Hel-lo? And why has the hospital not forced House to lawyer up, never mind the rest of the staff? I could be wrong, but I'm not sure they're actually under any compunction to answer questions unless they're forced to by subpoena.
