That's the good thing about the British version. It's called Strictly Come Dancing (the Strictly part presumably because of the film Strictly Ballroom and the Come Dancing part after the old BBC show which had amateur dancers competing). No false advertising there so you can't complain too much about the very Z-list celebrities it attracts.
I still watch it because I like dancing and I like sparkly outfits and I've become attached to the professional dancers they have. Although they're systematically getting rid of the best ones so I may give up on it.
