I called in sick to work today. I'm not feeling 100% perky, so it's not completely dishonest, but overall I just couldn't stand the thought of sitting there today.
Sadly the day is reflecting my mood, ala any good Gothic or Victorian novel, and it is going to rain. Still, I'm home, I'll hopefully get some stuff done around the house, and I can play online without feeling (too) guilty, or worrying that someone will come in at catch me playing Scrabble.
Had a college dream last night. Those are easy to analyze. Want to go back to when I had more things going for me. The dream later turned into a dream about Lost, and Sawyer and I were hiding in a room somewhere, trying to escape from Lostzilla which was, in my dream, a dinasaur. Don't know what that means.
Any road, I'll be posting a lot today, methinks. Hopefully I'll have more interesting things to talk about later in the day.
