charliesmumGot a decent offer on the house, considering the crap shape it is in and the horrible housing market right now. This is a good thing. Debts will be gone, I can pay off my car. Yay money.
They want to close on the April 11.
I have one month to find a place to live. I'm worried that people won't take me because my credit is bad.
This place I found yesterday that I loved is going to someone who got in there before me. It is hard to find anywhere in Collingswood for a reasonable price that isn't the size of a shoebox.
Help.
Screw it. I'm going to watch Torchwood now.
