Seems silly to get worked up over a television show, but there you go. I even had a dream about it last night.

I posted this on lost_tv, but am putting it here, too, just cause. It occured to me this morning that 'Boone' meant gift, and it seemed rather appropriate, considering....well, I won't say in case it spoils something for someone, but it made me want to look up the meanings for the other character's names. Most of them are oddly appropriate:

Sayid "chief, leader"
Michael - "who is like God?"
Jack/John(Locke) - God is gracious"
Jin - gold, metal, money" or "elegant"
Walt - "ruler of the army"
James -(Sawyer) "holder of the heel" or "supplanter".
Hugo/Hurley - "heart, mind, or spirit".
Charlie – "man"
Kate/Katherine - "each of the two"/torture"/pure
Claire - "clear, bright, famous"
Sun - "goodness"
Shannon - "wise"
