Another opening, another show...

well, our latest (and possibly last, at least as the Collingswood Shakespeare Company) show is opening tomorrow!
I am, as usual, terrified that we won't get any audience at all. Ego aside, this is a really, really amazing show, and I truly would love as many people to experience it as possible. It's two shows in rep - Troilus and Cressida by Shakespeare, and The Trojan Women by Eruipides.
Let me tell you, doing Greek Tragedy is amazing. It is so cathartic, and such a challenge.
I'm playing Androchme - wife to Hector. My baby gets taken from me to be thrown from the walls of Troy. It is heart-breaking, and I cry every time I do it. It's fun!
If anyone feels like coming ot Jersey to see it, here's the schedule for when I'm doing my 'named' role (I'm double cast). Directions and PayPal are on the website at www.collingswoodshakespeare.org.
Tickets are generally $15 each but if you come to see both plays you get two tickets for $25.00. Also, if you eat at The British Chip Shop in Haddonfield prior, and bring your recepit, you'll get a dollar off your ticket!
ETA: I'm singing. By myself. This Woman's Work. This is pre-show for TW. Scary. Wouldn't want to miss that, would you? :)
