The Boyfriend and Charlie took me to brunch at the The British Chip Shop. They were having a 'Mothering Sunday brunch. It was lovely.
Actually ever since I started getting the Doctor Who calendars Charlie and I have been celebrating Mothering Sunday. It's nice. Especially the looks of panic on people's face when I mention we did something for Mother's Day a month before the American one.

on 2011-04-03 08:21 pm (UTC)I've tried calling my mother a few times, but she's not been home. I expect she's been looking after her mother-in-law today. I'll try again tomorrow, and see if I can get to go over and see her later in the week.
