Thanks to the lovely 100 icon space LJ gave us, I've been working on creating icons of my very own. So here they are.




George Lucas was in the picture, but I cut him out. I thought this was pretty cool.



I love the newscaster. It says 'this just in' on it - I think it is legible, but is it really?




Found this quote on a biography of him. I thought it was nice.

Wow, I didn't even realize I had 100 icons! I'm overwhelmed! *casts about wildly for cool icons to appear out of thin air* I'm so glad I got the idea from you to get 50.

Even though some of the letters of "This Just In" fade away, it was legible to me.

I can tell what it is when I look at it intentionally, but otherwise it's a little off. The Just is fine, but the This is a little sketchy and the In looks like It or If.

Thanks! That would be awesome. I actually wanted to make an icon using Frank's picture (Post below this one) with the quote in my title, but i couldn't get it to come out right. If you could do that, and ad "August 9, 2005 to it, I would be very grateful.

I can't figure out a way to get that entire quote into 100x100 pixels. You'd have to have an animated GIF to do that, I think, and I don't know how to make animated icons... I can do the photo with any other text... "Osu, Sempai" or "Rest in Peace" or "August 9, 2005", etc.

His picture with the date of his death might be effective. I sort of wanted it to be my anti-war icon, for when I'm discussing Vietnam Iraq.

Maybe Osu Sempai on the top and the date at the bottom?
