Quick resturant review

I missed Gilmore Girls, but my friend is taping it, so that's okay.
The reason I missed it is because we went to this resturant that just opened in our town called The Pop Shop. Evidently everyone in town has been waiting eagerly for a family resturant to open because the place was packed. Unfortunately, as it was quite literally the first day, the service was really slow - teething pains, as it were. But they were very kind and apologetic about it, and I'm sure they'll find their feet.
Meanwhile it is an adorable place - the menu looks like a newspaper and is packed with all kinds of items - tons of food. They have about 20 different grilled cheese sandwiches in varying degrees of fancy. I had one that was ham and vermont cheddar and sliced apples on pumpernickel bread and it was really good.
The 'creamery' part of the place is amazing - old fashioned sodas, even egg creme which is this old-fashioned soda shop type of a thing, and all kinds of milkshakes and ice cream and stuff. I'm looking forward to sampling some of that.
Anyway...time for House, so more later!

Did you ever see the movie "Peter's Friends"? Not a 100% great movie, but good - he's in it along with Kenneth Brannaugh and Emma Thompson and some other British actors whose names I'm currently forgetting.
