Was watching TV this morning, and an ad came on for that Oliver Stone movie, World Trade Center and I mutter, "That is just wrong on so many levels."

"How many levels?" asks Charlie brightly.

"At least three," I told him.

I am in love with this show, Life on Mars. Fortunately BBC America decided to run it - they tend towards DIY shows and 4 million year old sitcoms like "Keeping Up Appearances" and "Are You Being Served".

I watched caught the first and second episodes 'On Demand' as I mentioned a few days ago, and am actually caught up, since they are running the third episode on BBC America tonight. It's on at 10, which is late for geeky ol' me, but I think I'm going to try to watch it, because seriously, it's brilliant. It's hard to explain, because you really have to see it to appreciate all the surreal nuances of the show, and, along with excellent 'crime drama' it has a nice dose of humour, which is what I like in my shows.

I highly recommend this show for anyone who has access to it.

BBC America also (finally) started showing the "Shakespeare Re-Told, and I got to see Much Ado about Nothing. 'Twas excellent. And I rather liked the fact Hero didn't take Claude back at the end. I mean it was hinted that sure, someday, but seriously, no modern woman would forgive being humilated at the altar like that quite so readily.

Right. That's about it for me for now.
