What do you guys think of this logo for the Collingswood Shakespeare Company?




What do you think of the colors?

There was some issue with the quill, as people complained it didn't look 'quilly' enough, so the guy changed it. This guy is doing this for free, so beggars can't be choosers, I say, but I rather like this.

The cornflower blue is nice, but the text looks kinda washed out IMO. Would you consider a slightly darker shade and/or edging the text in a darker blue, like navy?

I actually really like it, and I like the colors. They're classic, yet conteperary, and not offensive, yet it catches your eye. And if it's free, then it's perfect!

I like it. Normally I wouldn't like orange and blue together, but it looks nice here.

Hmmmm...a little more detail in the quill, like the vein, maybe?

It's no biggie, though, and for free I can't see making the guy do that. I like the colors.

I like the colors and the font, but honestly? I thought it was a sand dune. with grass.

The blue text needs to be darker to be more legible, and I thought the quill was a piece of fruit sliced in half. :-/

(I don't actually think it's shit, but this is my only 'critical' icon. :P)

nope. don't like it.
I was thinking what was that? A hill? a fat sossige? a guy bending over? turns out it's (supposed to be) a quill.
the red & blue are okay as colours but somehow it just don't look right.
the font for the Shakespear is a keeper. Change the quill and the way Collingswood is written above it. Overall I like the backround rectangle with rounded corners
