Party on, Wayne

So, my birthday party was last night. It was quite a good time. I even got gifts, which is unnecessary but nice. Other friends got me a certificate to this new resturant in town - way expensive place, so that's really great. And it came with an offer to babysit!

I got a Target gift card and a Barnes and Noble gift card, so yay, and my friend Laura brought me two tee-shirts she'd made, one with a very old Adam Ant Logo, and one with the cover art from Berlin's Pleasure Victim album. Totally appropriate.

My BFF bought me one of those iPod stereo docking stations. Very, very cool. Especially since I'd made a 'birthday mix' and couldn't get it off my iPod and onto a CD. So horray.

Got lots of wine, too, so I'm ready for the next party.

So, instead of boring you with written details, I'll bore you with photos.

By the way, I didn't remember you had such a long hair, but it does suit you very well!

Why is it unnecessary to get you gifts? I think you are a good friend, so I suppose it's really nice to give you gifts for your birthday!
