My son's babysitter called me in a panic because she needed to get to the emergency room because she's having some sort of problem with her legs, and didn't have money for a cab, and they have no car because her husband isn't working (he hurt his knee) and so she called me to a)get money and b)get a ride, and the first thing I thought was, 'dammit, I'm going to miss Rory kissing Logan!'

Which is Wrong. Because she needed my help, and as a Buddhist I'm supposed to be compassionate and work on selflessness, or something. I did drive her to the hospital and I did give her money for the cab ride home, but I grumbled about it. I'm a horrible person.

And I missed the kiss. Not to mention the confrontation between Luke and Christopher. Guess I'll have to wait for the TWOP recap.

You're not a horrible person. A real horrible person wouldn't drive her to the hospital. The whole point is to 'do the right thing' when it doesn't suit you - not when it does. You did it - thus you're a wonderful person, not a horrible one.

Rory is the daughter on Gilmore Girls. Logan is the uber rich boy from Yale she has a crush on. Oh well, it will be on in repeats, at any rate.

You read TWoP? Coolies! It's one of those places i wish i could hang out at more often. I loved their BtVS and Angel recaps.

I'm getting tempted to get an account there, or whatever it is one is supposed to do, so I can post. Reading the recaps helps keep up with shows, but I do find myself thinking 'oh, i can't wait to hear what the recapper says about that' when I'm watching something.

Come on. If you were really a horrible person, the car would have exploded when you got into it, because really horrible people often have other really horrible people after them. Besides, a really horrible person would have been so busy doing something *so* really horrible that:

a. the phone would have been disconnected.
or
b. the phone would have been answered by a half-dismembred corpse.

So while watching Gilmore Girls [is that it?] is pretty horrible in and of itself, it's not really really horrible. Just mildly disturbed. ;)
