Got interested in Buddhism a few years ago, took an 'on line course', and have been steadily getting more involved in it as I go along - classic literature:
The secret of classic literature that no teacher will ever tell you is that it was written to be sold. When I first met my husband, he was way into reading certain comic books. One story he was following was Sandman by Neil Gaiman. One day he brought a bunch of the things over to read, and, curious (and bored) I picked it up. I was hooked soon after. Neil is an amazing story teller with a lovely dark sense of humor and a story-telling voice that borders on the mythic. And thanks to him I discovered Terry Pratchett, so that's a bonus.
