I am still in the weepiest mood. I don't know if it is left over nostalgia or just general stress, but sheesh, it doesn't take much to set me off.

One thing I like about human nature is our ability to create new words for things. And I don't mean just for new inventions, that doesn't count. I mean like internet speak and slang and that sort of thing. There's a children's book called Frindle about a boy who, upon learning about the creation of words, sets off to create his own.

Anyhoodle, on to the real reason for this post. Photos!

He had a hard time talking through his tears. It was touching.

And because a post from me wouldn't be complete without this Image hosted by Photobucket.com
He likes that tree

I like Andrew Clements. His books don't look terribly impressive on the surface, but I flipped through a couple of them when I worked at the Coop and was surprised to discover how much I enjoyed them. I like the one about the second-grade genius who deliberately flunks all her classes to make a point about how there's too much focus put on grades.

Charlie is adorable as always. :)

Aww, Charlie never fails to make me smile! You all look like you're having a good time in your photo, but surely there must be some more incriminating ones somewhere. Like you in the throes of crazy table-dancing, or something! No reunion is complete without humiliation, you know!

Charlie just brightens my whole day. Every time I see him I just want to hug him and knit him things.

Re: The weepies! *hands over a box of tissues* I'm the same, love. Are we all feeding off one another's moods, thus perpetuating the cycle? I wish you could come over to my house for a bottle of wine and a girly film. That'd fix us right up!

I wish you could come over to my house for a bottle of wine and a girly film. That'd fix us right up! me too! That would be good.

I just wasted about 5 minutes looking up flights from Philly to Heathrow, just for curiousity. Approx. $500 per person. Too rich for me at the moment. Sigh.

Someday!

I had a feeling that one was you! It looks just like your icon! LOL.

I'm glad you had a good time, and that you're getting all nostalgic. Better than a pissed-off ovulating woman any day, I'm sure.

And Charlie, as always, is absolutely adorable.

It warms the cockles of my heart to hear Charlie has favorite tree. My childhood tree is but a shadow of its former self after one too many ice storms. The branch I used to sit on for hours is no more. :(

You're beautiful!

And your Professer is rather good looking. ... What? I like men with bald heads and beards.

Lookit PR!! And I love Charlie in the tree. We were in the park the other day and I lost Brian for a minute, then I saw feet up in a tree.
