Hopefully you can see this picture. Work computer doesn't let me see photos on certain sites, like this one. Why? I don't know.
ETA: Charlie is the 'changling' in the show so he is wearing 'fairy' shorts and getting fairy glittered up. The fairy in purple is in his homeroom. It is the general consensus of the men in the show that Charlie 'likes' her.
