Forgot to mention yesterday that Target had a range of costumes that were 1980's charactatures. Can I tell you how horribly old that made me feel, to know that my generation is long enough ago they can make Halloween costumes out of it.
There was, for example, a Miami Vice costume, and a Punk Rocker costume.* and, God help us, a Madonna costume.
Scary.
*Which, frankly, is much more 'new wave' than punk, thank you very much.

It was about this man who gets electecuted and suddenly finds himself back as a 14 year old in the 80's - re-living his life, but with the knowledge of what happened, and the chance to fix it this time around. It was really good, and surprisingly sweet, and they did a good job of 'doing' the 80's without overdoing it. /random comment
